These terms govern your use of TradeRavn. By creating an account you agree to them.
What TradeRavn is
A software tool for recording and analyzing your own trading activity. It is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a source of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Not financial advice
Everything TradeRavn shows — statistics, charts, and AI-generated observations — describes your own historical data. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to take any trading action. Trading involves risk of loss. Decisions are yours alone.
Accuracy
The service is provided “as is.” We work to compute your statistics correctly, but you are responsible for verifying figures against your brokerage statements, which are the source of truth. We are not liable for trading decisions made in reliance on the product.
Your content
You own the trades, notes, and screenshots you add. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRavn's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
