Privacy Policy
TradeRavn is a trading journal. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
What we collect
Your account email; the trades and notes you enter or import; and, if you connect one, read-only trade data from your broker. That's the product — we don't sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
How your data is isolated
Every record is scoped to your account at the database level (row-level security). Other users, and the public, can never query your trades. Screenshots live in a private store only you can read.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
What we never do
We don't execute trades, touch your funds, or provide personalized financial advice. TradeRavn reflects your own trading data back to you.
Your controls
You can edit or delete any trade at any time, and request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@traderavn.com.
